Through My Eyes

KYLE LOWRY CHAMPIONSHIP PARADE NFT COLLECTION

LISTEN TO KYLE’S EXPERIENCE

June 13, 2019 will always go down as the greatest moment of my basketball career on the court. But when it comes to a day that showed me what it means to love a team and unify an entire nation, it will be that historic Monday, June 17 2019. From the Exhibition, along Lakeshore Blvd., up University Ave., and then onto the stage at Nathan Phillips Square – we made our journey through an endless sea of red and black. I rode Bus 3 through a city that I now consider my second home. Nothing will ever come close to the support and appreciation I felt on that day.

On the two-year anniversary of the parade, I wanted to reflect on the moments that meant so much to me. The events of that day are encapsulated in 7 signature moments that summed up all the thoughts that were racing through my mind throughout the parade.

I take you on a trip, through my eyes, of a day that will go down as one of the most memorable in my life and this city’s history… the championship parade in Toronto. –Kyle Lowry

Six-time NBA All-Star, Kyle Lowry, comes together with Canadian illustrator and digital artist, Corbs (Corbin Portillo), to collaborate on a unique NFT collection centered around the 2019 Championship Parade. “Through My Eyes” seamlessly weaves Corbs’ signature colourful surrealism with Kyle’s thoughtful reflections of seven defining moments throughout parade day to create this seven piece collection.
