This Abuse Policy ("Policy") sets out the standard of conduct expected on the Lowry NFT platform and defines the behaviour that counts as abuse, misuse or a breach of our community and operational rules. By accessing or using Lowry NFT at lowrynft.com you agree to follow this Policy alongside our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Lowry NFT is committed to keeping the platform safe, transparent and trustworthy for everyone who uses it.

This Abuse Policy exists in order to:

• Define what counts as abusive, harmful or prohibited behaviour on the Lowry NFT platform
• Shield members, staff and the integrity of our services from misuse
• Set out clear routes for reporting abuse and the steps Lowry NFT will take in response
• Maintain compliance with the UK laws that govern online platforms and financial services

2. Forbudt adfærd

The activities below are strictly forbidden on the Lowry NFT platform and may lead to immediate suspension, permanent closure of the account and referral to law enforcement:

2.1 Finansielt misbrug og bedrageri

• Depositing money obtained unlawfully, whether through theft, fraud or money laundering
• Funding an account with stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods
• Attempting to manipulate trading outcomes, account balances or the withdrawal system
• Opening multiple accounts to get around platform limits, restrictions or verification requirements
• Submitting false or forged identity documents during KYC verification
• Committing chargeback fraud by disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider

2.2 Konto- og systemmisbrug

• Attempting to reach other members' accounts or the platform infrastructure without authorisation
• Running bots, scripts or scraping tools against the platform without prior written permission
• Introducing malware, viruses or any malicious code into our systems
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, bugs or errors for personal gain or to harm other users
• Disrupting platform availability through denial-of-service attacks or comparable methods
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or otherwise attempting to extract proprietary source code or algorithms

2.3 Misbrug af identitet og efterligning

• Posing as Lowry NFT staff, representatives or other members in any communication
• Creating fake profiles or accounts using someone else's identity or details
• Using another person's personal or financial information without their clear consent
• Misrepresenting your identity, location or eligibility to use the platform

2.4 Kommunikationsmisbrug

• Sending spam, unsolicited promotional messages or phishing communications to members or staff
• Harassing, threatening, intimidating or abusing Lowry NFT support staff or other members
• Spreading false, misleading or defamatory claims about Lowry NFT, its staff or its services
• Using offensive, discriminatory or hateful language in any communication with the platform
• Attempting to pressure or manipulate support staff into breaking platform policy

2.5 Overtrædelser af lovgivning og love

• Using the platform in any jurisdiction where doing so breaches local, national or international law
• Engaging in activity that breaches UK anti-money laundering (AML) law, the Money Laundering Regulations or the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002
• Using Lowry NFT to facilitate transactions linked to terrorism, sanctions evasion or organised crime
• Breaching applicable securities law, financial regulation or consumer protection legislation

3. Anmeldelse af misbrug

Every report of abuse is taken seriously at Lowry NFT. If you witness or experience behaviour that breaches this Policy, please tell us promptly through one of these channels:

All abuse reports are handled in strict confidence. The identity of the person reporting is never disclosed to the subject of the report unless the law requires it.

4. Undersøgelsesproces

On receiving an abuse report, or on detecting suspicious activity through our internal monitoring, Lowry NFT will:

• Confirm receipt of the report within 2 business days
• Carry out a thorough and impartial internal investigation
• Apply interim protective measures where needed, including temporary account restrictions
• Share findings and any action taken with the reporting party where that is appropriate
• Close the investigation within 10 business days for routine cases, or longer where the matter is complex or involves regulators

Lowry NFT may ask any party involved in an investigation for further information. A refusal to cooperate may result in the account being suspended.

5. Konsekvenser af misbrug

Depending on how serious, how frequent and what kind the breach is, Lowry NFT may take one or more of these steps:

• Advarsel: a formal written notice sent to the registered email address on the account
• Midlertidig suspension: account access restricted for a set period while the matter is investigated
• Permanent opsigelse: irreversible closure of the account, with any outstanding benefits or bonuses forfeited
• Tilbageholdelse af fond: account balances frozen pending compliance review or legal proceedings
• Retssager: referral of the matter to law enforcement, financial regulators or legal counsel
• Reguleringsrapportering: mandatory disclosure of suspicious activity to the National Crime Agency, the police or other competent UK authorities

Lowry NFT issues no refunds or compensation to users whose accounts are closed following confirmed abuse or policy breaches.

6. Nultolerance over for økonomisk kriminalitet

Lowry NFT operates a zero-tolerance stance on money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud and financial crime of every kind. Platform activity is monitored continuously by automated detection systems and reviewed manually on a regular basis. Suspicious activity is reported to the appropriate regulatory bodies in line with UK law, including:

• The National Crime Agency (NCA)
• The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)
• Action Fraud and the relevant police services
• HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) where tax matters are involved

7. Beskyttelse mod gengældelse

Lowry NFT strictly forbids retaliation against anyone who reports abuse in good faith. Any member found retaliating against a reporting party — by harassment, threats, false counter-reports or any other means — faces immediate account closure and possible legal action. We want every member to feel safe raising a concern without fear of the consequences.

8. Misbrug af supporttjenester

Our support team is committed to giving every Lowry NFT member professional, prompt assistance. The following conduct toward support staff counts as abuse and will not be tolerated:

• Using threatening, abusive or discriminatory language
• Filing repeated, frivolous or bad-faith support requests intended to waste resources
• Trying to manipulate, pressure or deceive support agents into breaking platform policy
• Recording or publishing support conversations without prior written consent

Lowry NFT may restrict or withdraw support access from members who repeatedly abuse our support services.

9. Third-Party Abuse Involving Lowry NFT

If you come across any third party misusing the Lowry NFT name, brand or identity — phishing sites, impersonation scams or unauthorised use of our trademarks — please report it immediately to [email protected]. We treat brand abuse seriously and will pursue appropriate legal action to protect our members and our reputation.

10. Opdateringer af denne politik

Lowry NFT may update or amend this Abuse Policy at any time to reflect changes in our services, our technology or the law. Material changes will be communicated by email or through a clear notice on the platform at least 7 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the platform after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
