These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Lowry NFT ("we," "us," or "our") covering your access to and use of the Lowry NFT automated investment platform at lowrynft.com. Please read them carefully before registering an account or using any of our services. By accessing the platform you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them in full.

Creating a Lowry NFT account, funding it, or using any platform feature means you accept these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and any further guidance or policies we publish. If any part of these Terms is unacceptable to you, you must stop using the platform immediately.

We may revise or amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be announced by email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of Lowry NFT after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

• You must not be acting for any person or entity subject to international sanctions

By registering you represent and warrant that all of the above apply to you. Lowry NFT may refuse access to, or close, any account that fails to meet the eligibility criteria.

You alone are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Lowry NFT accepts no liability for loss or damage arising from unauthorised access caused by a failure on your part to keep the account secure.

• Automated trade execution driven by AI algorithms and market analytics

5. Depósitos e inversión mínima

Activating the automated trading features on Lowry NFT requires an initial deposit. The following conditions apply:

• The minimum deposit needed to activate trading is $250 USD
• All deposits must be made using the verified, approved payment methods listed on the platform
• Deposits are processed in line with applicable financial regulations and may require identity verification before funds are credited
• Lowry NFT charges nothing to register — costs are limited to deposits and any transaction fees disclosed at the moment of payment
• Deposited funds are held in segregated client accounts and are never used to cover the company's operating expenses

6. Retiros

Members may request a withdrawal of available funds at any time, subject to the following:

• Withdrawal requests are handled within the standard processing times published on the platform
• Every withdrawal request is subject to identity verification and compliance checks
• Funds are returned to the original deposit method wherever that is possible
• Lowry NFT may delay or hold a withdrawal where fraud is suspected, a regulatory investigation is underway, or a compliance matter remains open
• Any transaction or processing fee is disclosed clearly before you confirm a withdrawal

Investing in financial markets carries substantial risk. By using Lowry NFT you acknowledge and accept that:

• Past results of the platform or of any trading strategy are no guarantee of future performance
• Investments can fall as well as rise in value, and you may get back less than you originally deposited
• Automated trading algorithms, however sophisticated, cannot remove market risk or promise a profit
• Markets can move quickly and unpredictably for economic, political or technical reasons outside our control
• You should invest only money you can afford to lose and that is not needed for essential living costs
• Lowry NFT does not give personalised financial, legal or tax advice — consult a qualified professional before making investment decisions

8. Actividades prohibidas

In using Lowry NFT you agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Supplying false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other unlawful financial activity
• Attempting to access other members' accounts or platform systems without authorisation
• Disrupting or interfering with the platform's technical infrastructure or security systems
• Deploying bots, scrapers or scripts against the platform without written permission
• Taking part in market manipulation or any activity intended to distort trading outcomes artificially
• Breaching any applicable local, national or international law or regulation
• Reproducing, distributing or commercially exploiting Lowry NFT platform content without written consent

Lowry NFT may suspend or permanently close any account found engaging in prohibited activity, with or without prior notice, and may report that activity to the relevant authorities.

9. Propiedad intelectual

All content, technology, branding, design, algorithms and materials on the Lowry NFT platform — logos, text, graphics, software and data included — belong exclusively to Lowry NFT or its licensed partners. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform purely for your own investment purposes. Reproducing, altering, distributing or commercially exploiting Lowry NFT intellectual property without express written consent is strictly forbidden.

10. Limitación de responsabilidad

So far as applicable law permits, Lowry NFT and its officers, directors, employees, partners and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Investment losses or financial damage arising from use of our automated trading services
• Indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages of any description
• Service interruptions, technical faults or delays outside our reasonable control
• Unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain security measures
• The acts or omissions of third-party payment processors, technology partners or external providers

Our total liability to you for any claim connected with the platform will not exceed the total amount you deposited in the 30 days before the claim arose.

11. Indemnización

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Lowry NFT together with its affiliates, officers, employees and agents against any claim, liability, damage, loss, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with your use of the platform, your breach of these Terms, or your breach of any law or of the rights of a third party.

Lowry NFT is committed to full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering rules and financial crime prevention standards. Every member is required to:

• Complete identity verification (KYC) before depositing or requesting a withdrawal

• Ensure that all funds deposited on the platform come from legitimate sources

Lowry NFT may report suspicious activity to the relevant regulators and law enforcement bodies in accordance with UK law, including the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 and the Money Laundering Regulations, with disclosures made to the National Crime Agency (NCA) where required.

13. Legislación aplicable y resolución de controversias

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, disregarding conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Lowry NFT platform will be handled as follows:

• Arbitraje vinculante: where informal resolution fails, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration in London, England, under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA)

14. Terminación

Lowry NFT may suspend or terminate your account and platform access at any time, with or without cause, including for reasons such as:

• Breach of these Terms of Use
• Fraudulent, unlawful or suspicious activity

Once terminated, your right to use the platform ends immediately. Any remaining balance will be returned to you once the necessary compliance checks are complete, subject to the applicable laws and regulations.

15. Exclusión de garantías

The Lowry NFT platform is supplied "as is" and "as available" with no warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will run without interruption, be free of errors, or be free of viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
